Mental Health

Our programs enhance mental health by improving movement, breathing, and nutrition. We equip clients with tools they can immediately apply to improve their lives. Recommended by psychologists and psychiatrists, our methods are used as treatment protocols by CYMHS and SCUH Adolescent Mental Health Ward.   4. Ongoing Communication & Adjustments – We check in regularly to ensure you’re getting the most out of your program and make necessary modifications to fit your evolving needs.

Our program is accessible under several NDIS Support Categories, making it easier for participants to receive funding for their health and wellness journey. These include:
