Kokoda Trail 15-Week Program

Join our 15-week program culminating in the incredible experience of walking the Kokoda Track in Papua New Guinea.

OUR INCLUSIVE KOKODA PROGRAM

Get prepared for a once in a lifetime program culminating in walking the Kokoda Track in PNG with Happy Healthy Living and No Roads Expeditions.

This 14 week program is the ultimate in Experiential Development. We specialise in empowering neurodiverse individuals, young men and women, and those facing mental health challenges, helping them build confidence and life skills.

Throughout the program, participants will be working on the physical and mental resilience required through gym based training and outdoor training sessions to walk the famous Owen Stanley Ranges.

We will meet the incredible local people, learn about their culture as we walk with them, and rest in the villages they call home.

Why Kokoda?

The track has a unique way of levelling the playing field, bringing people together, regardless of their background, abilities, age or gender.

The experience also improves emotional and physical capacity, strength, and endurance. It reduces stress and boosts self-esteem, providing significant mental health advantages. The trek enhances teamwork and camaraderie, fostering strong social bonds.

Participants gain valuable historical insights and cultural awareness, while enjoying exposure to beautiful natural landscapes.

The journey often creates opportunities for personal reflection and mindfulness, allowing individuals to disconnect from their daily routines and technology, and reconnect with themselves.

Benefits of Kokoda

The Kokoda Track program, in partnership with Happy Healthy Living and No Roads Expeditions, offers a transformative 14-week experience designed to build physical and mental resilience.
